Nothing optional loads until you say yes
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. Until you select Accept, none of the tools listed below load and none of their cookies are set. If you select Reject, or never choose, the site works exactly the same.
Some pages never load these tools, whatever you choose: the contact form, the text message sign-up form, and our privacy and SMS terms pages. On every other page, the chat, appointment and callback forms behind the “Get started” button are sealed off from these tools, so they cannot see what you type there.
That “Get started” assistant is provided to Gables Pain by MedReception. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; what you send through it goes to our office.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection and do not show the banner. You can still choose to accept below.
Change your choice at any time
Use this button, or “Cookie Preferences” at the bottom of any page. If you switch from Accept to Reject, we delete the cookies these tools set on our site and reload the page so they stop running.
Strictly necessary
These are always on, because the site cannot remember your choices without them. Neither one is shared with anyone.

These tools measure visits and calls. They are kept away from the forms where you enter your name, phone number or the reason for your visit.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking the gp_consent cookie means we cannot remember your choice, so the banner will appear again.
